Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a First Assist in various surgical specialties including General Surgery Orthopedics Urology OB/GYN Podiatry ENT and Facial Plastics.
- Participate in surgical procedures by assisting the lead surgeon with instruments and other responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment by assisting with cleaning turnover and scrubbing when not directly assisting in surgeries.
- Take call 23 nights per week and every 3rd weekend ensuring availability for emergency situations.
- Flexibility to work either 410 hour shifts or 58 hour shifts with the option of taking 4 consecutive days off to enjoy a long weekend (SaturdayMonday or FridaySunday on a rotating basis).
- Adhere to a 20minute call response time.
Requirements:
- Must reside at least 100 miles away from Beloit WI due to client s nonnegotiable distance restriction.
- Experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist with a valid CST certification.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to highquality patient care.
