Job Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Okay with either day evening or night shifts.
- Hourly pay range of $3639
- Both parttime and fulltime positions available
Required Qualifications:
- Specialises in Long Term Care
- Completion of a stateapproved practical nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- With prior experience and strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical practices.
- Demonstrated experience in providing direct patient care and medication administration.
- Proficiency in conducting health assessments and recognizing changes in patients conditions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
- Capability to maintain composure and provide care in highpressure situations.
- Understanding of infection control protocols and safety measures.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation.
- Adherence to ethical and legal principles in healthcare delivery.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as necessary.
