Role: Mainframe Developer
Location: Vienna VA(Hybrid)
Duration: Long term Contract
Qualification:
Recent experience with Assembler (6 years minimum) for System Z.
Recent experience with COBOL (6 years minimum) for System Z.
Extensive experience using Intertest for debugging/testing purposes in both batch and CICS.
Recent experience with CICS ( 6 years minimum) application programming and the CICS API
Experience with JCL ISPF SDSF VSAM
Familiarity with assembling and link editing a program.
Experience with ChangeMan or another library management system
Minimum of 8 years experience with COBOL DB2 CommandLevel CICS JCL Batch and TSO/ISPF
Similar experience with SQL and IBM DB2 data base solutions.
Familiarity with SDLC Software Development Life Cycle.
Strong technical coding skills with a proven track record of adherence to process.
Serena Change Man ZMF source packaging/management tool experience.
Demonstrated experience in systems analysis & design workflow or procedural analysis.
Demonstrated experience in application development including determining developing testing and implementing system requirements and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize plan and organize tasks.
Experience using established testing techniques.
Experience with Agile software development practices.
Effective research analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently exercise initiative and use good judgment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skill in using PCs including word processing database spreadsheet and graphics software applications.
Desired:
Prefer hands on experience and support of Mainframe applications that use FIS Systematics core banking systems such as IMPACS(IM) Savings/Time (ST) Loans (ALS (AC (customer) AL (Loan) AM (Both)) Combined Statements (SC) Relationship Manager (RM).
Development experience with IBM Mainframe Assembly language with heavy use of the Concept 14 macros set addon product.
Working knowledge of banking operations/processes and procedures.
Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and ServiceNow ITBM
College degree in information technology computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated project leadership experience
