Job Title: Webflow Developer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST (Flexible Hours)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highperforming independent worker who is comfortable with direct communication and open to feedback. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for implementing design solutions optimizing web performance and ensuring websites meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fastpaced environment has excellent written communication skills and is experienced in inbox management. The successful candidate must be a fast learner coachable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Webflow Development: Implement design changes manage websites and create solutions that meet client specifications using Webflow.
- Design Optimization: Ensure websites are visually appealing and meet modern design standards and best practices.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and execute updates as required.
- Responsive Design: Optimize websites for mobile and desktop ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
- SEO & Performance: Regularly test troubleshoot and optimize websites for SEO and performance metrics.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Manage client communications and feedback maintaining a professional and timely response.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Webflow with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and mobilefirst development.
- Excellent written communication skills and inbox management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle feedback effectively.
