Job Description
- Prepare comprehensive procurement packages, including technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements, ensuring they meet project standards, design intent, and local regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability and quality of materials.
- Lead the in-house team in producing detailed architectural shop drawings that accurately reflect design intent, project requirements, and specifications. Ensure drawings are clear, precise, and compliant with relevant codes and standards.
- Review and assess shop drawings submitted by subcontractors to ensure they align with project specifications, design criteria, and quality standards. Identify discrepancies, provide feedback, and coordinate with subcontractors for timely revisions and approvals.
