Job Description
- Provide technical support and guidance to the design and construction teams regarding material specifications, performance characteristics, and best practices for material usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure materials that meet project requirements. Review and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, and samples from vendors.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in construction materials, technologies, and standards. Conduct research on innovative materials and sustainable practices that can be integrated into projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including material specifications, test results, compliance reports, and material approval logs. Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and readily available for audits and reviews.
