Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project procurement of goods, supplies, equipment, and services.
- Create alignment with participating units on procurement execution.
- Solicit and evaluate bids and prepare sourcing decisions in coordination with the responsible interface partners such as engineering and project management.
- Determine and formulate sourcing strategies and attain cost reduction targets.
- Manage qualification of new suppliers/subcontractors and expansion of necessary supply base and maintain approved/preferred up-to-date subcontractor lists.
- Lead supply and service contract negotiations on assigned medium to high and complex direct scope utilizing advanced negotiation tools and ensuring optimum impact for the project.
