Job Description

Design and balance engaging game features and progression systems while optimizing the monetisation model of the game.
Collaborate with a talented, cross-disciplinary team to enhance products by adding new features while continuously improving the existing game experience.
Adjust and refine designs and the game economy based on game metrics, team input, internal/external playtests, and community feedback.
Communicate game design concepts clearly and concisely with the team and throughout the studio.
Inspire the agile and multidisciplinary game team through innovative and creative design.
