You will drive, develop, and scale the ProductOps capability within the Guest Experience Department. This is a role that leads North-Star framing, roadmap definition, research operations and voice of customer to ensure the end-to-end guest/staff digital products and experiences stays true to our digitally native vision.
Key to success, you must ensure the daily management of digital operations including user testing, and overall initiative-level requirements to uphold the brand positioning and corporate mission. Further, you will spearhead the improvement of operations particularly how products are built through process refinement, craft, workshops and design sprints. Drive product experimentations to facilitate insight-driven decisions and solution design inputs.
