We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. You will develop personalized treatment plans provide handson therapy and educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their physical wellbeing. If you are passionate about helping others and have a strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology we encourage you to apply.
Duties
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical conditions and medical histories
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals
Provide handson therapy including exercises stretches and manual techniques
Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Must be CPR certified
is able to lift up to 50lbs
Must have at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting; home health or geriatrics preferred
state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology
Experience working with pediatric or acute care patients is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
