Job Summary:
Join our team as an Occupational Therapist where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of patients through therapeutic interventions. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide quality care in 32 bed Rehab Hospital in Denton Texas
Duties:
Conduct assessments to identify patients physical and mental limitations.
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients ability to perform daily activities.
Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to tailor therapies for optimal outcomes.
Provide care for patients across different age groups including geriatrics.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid Occupational Therapist license.
Proficiency in medical terminology and physiology knowledge.
Experience in acute care or geriatrics is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
