Job Description
The Work:
- Design implement and manage Intune SCCM & MECM;
- Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments application packaging & and
distribution on a worldwide scale;
- Troubleshoot all aspects of Intune/Configuration Manager effectively;
- Maintain performance and health of Intune/Configuration Manager deployment;
- Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failures;
- Create technical documents knowledge articles and SOPs and other deliverables;
- Resolve incidents fulfill service requests execute changes in accordance with published
standards and processes;
- Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive
measures;
- Represent Accenture in delivering high quality services for our clients.
Heres what you need:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- 2 or more years experience in Endpoint Management or Administration
- With knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Intune SCCM & MECM issues including management compliance application packaging and deployment.
- Relevant certifications such as MD102: Endpoint Administrator is a plus.
