Job Description
The Area Leader ensures continuous improvement activities with overall responsibility for safety quality and production within their area of responsibility. This role will achieve excellence through people management and development driving employee engagement and meeting or exceeding the expectations of our customers.
MUST HAVE
- A Bachelors degree in operations business or engineering is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
- Demonstrated experience working with lean tools and concepts.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Must have an advanced understanding of process control and production scheduling.
