Job Description
Work Setup: Fully Remote but must be located in PST
Responsibilities:
- Advise attorneys facing disciplinary actions on their rights and ethical obligations.
- Keep clients updated and address their concerns throughout the process.
- Represent attorneys at hearings presenting arguments and defending their reputation.
- Investigate complaints by reviewing documents and interviewing witnesses.
- Develop defense strategies gather evidence and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with state bar associations when necessary.
- Help create training materials to support the firms growth.
- Stay current on legal ethics and state bar regulations.
- Engage in legal associations to stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Litigation legal ethics professional responsibility or disciplinary defense.
- California State Bar experience preferred.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
