Job Description
Department Description: Want to function at the top of your RN licensure and grow your skill set Our nurses are integral in a patients continuum of care in an autonomous nurseled and governed home care agency! We nurses make a visible and palpable difference in a familys life and thrive in the longterm connections we make with our patients!
We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away you are an integral part of an autonomous high functioning collaborative team where our nurses thrive. We have a thorough preceptorship and training process so our nurses feel confident and supported with ongoing learning and development sessions and support.
In this position you will be working 3 nights a week with a pediatric client who is dependent on medical technology and is in need of 24hour nursing care and assessment. We value your experience but will thoroughly train those who are interested in learning and expanding their clinical skills.
Oncall: Not Required
