Our firm is working exclusively with a client in the Pharmaceutical Industry looking for a Manager North America Rewards in Tampa FL.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the state of Florida.
Role
As a member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) design and implement the organizations compensation programs and activities to meet the organizations objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include job leveling; shortterm longterm and sales incentive plans; share/stock ownership plans; executive compensation; retirement and supplemental pension plans.
Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organizations current employee population and future human resource needs to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organizations Total Rewards strategy with a focus on pay equity. Guides HR partners on the application of the Total Rewards policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Applies competitive total rewards strategies and tools to attract retain and reward employees based on analysis of compensation market trends and complete statistical studies.
- Manage and support the business in running the annual recurring processes across the region.
- Guides to specific functional areas; analyzing market trends completing statistical studies and developing recommendations and action plans designed to attract retain and reward employees. May partner with outside consultants in developing custom surveys when necessary.
- Assist with the annual market analysis of all jobs to facilitate the annual compensation Plan.
- Participate in or lead global Total Rewards & Mobility CoE projects and other initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policy concerning fair & equitable pay positioning fairness transparency and consistency.
- Participate as an extended team member in expansions and department restructures.
- Evaluate new and revised jobs using market data; assign global job levels and ensure consistency within global job architecture.
- Provide advice and counsel to HRBPs and management on compensationrelated issues including the development of job descriptions and job families; provide counsel and direction relative to promotion increases internal transfers and new hire offers.
Physical Requirements
1020% travel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree and/or CCP/GRP may be substituted for two years of relevant experience when appropriate.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience within Human Resources preferably within Total Rewards functions.
- A minimum of 3 years of compensation experience is required; North American pharmaceutical compensation experience is preferred.
- Ability to work crosscollaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Access PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Compensation system experience preferred (i.e. Success Factors Market Pay SAP HR).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and crossfunctional team facilitation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of compensation theory techniques and practices Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Package Details:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $183000 to $195000 and generous bonus.
