Currently we are looking for an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with expertise in HR processes and practices as well as experience in large scale SAP HR implementations and transformations. The perfect candidate is fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).d written).
Onsite presence in Budapest required.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience as SAP HR/HCM Consultant in largescale SAP HR implementations or transformations
- Minimum 10 years experience in SAP ERP S/4Hana IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
- Strong expertise in SAP HR/HCM modules and a deep understanding of HR processes and practices
- Expertise in personnel administration time management payroll organizational management personnel development and recruitment as well as retirement and compensation
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams stakeholder communities and end users
- Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM SAFe)
- International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and crossfunctional teams
- Experience with SAP Solution ManagerFluent in English and Hungarian spoken and written
