Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs
- Source screen and recruit potential IT candidates through various channels

- Coordinate technical assessments and skills testing
- Manage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires

- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools effectively

- Participate in recruitment events job fairs and networking opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal employment laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring IT professionals
- Proficient in utilizing social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates
- Strong knowledge of IT skills technical roles and qualifications
