Job Description

Overview:

The Tele caller plays a crucial role in the organizations sales and customer acquisition processes. They are responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services schedule appointments and address any inquiries or concerns. Their performance directly impacts the companys revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Promote products or services to generate sales.
  • Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Maintain a database of customer contacts and interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to scripts and call guidelines.
  • Document call information and outcomes.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Identify potential leads and upsell opportunities.
  • Collect and update customer information.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Problemsolving abilities to address customer concerns
  • Customeroriented and able to handle rejection.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and telemarketing principles.
