Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Contribute to MySQL database design and management
- Support data analysis and reporting needs
- Participate in debugging troubleshooting and determining root causes for database issues
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for database optimization
- Assist in ensuring data security and integrity
- Participate in writing technical documentation
- Support ETL processes and data integration
- Participate in database performance monitoring and tuning
- Assist in data migration and data quality improvement
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in database management
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Basic understanding of SQL and MySQL databases
- Familiarity with database design principles
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
- Experience with database performance monitoring and tuning is a plus
- Understanding of data migration and data quality improvement is a plus
