Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining SQL databases
- Write and optimize SQL statements
- Assist in designing and implementing data models
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Contribute to code reviews and process improvements
- Support data migration and integration processes
- Assist in documenting database processes and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Research and propose innovative solutions to improve database performance
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with programming languages such as Java Python or C#
- Familiarity with data modeling and normalization
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for learning and professional growth
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Previous internship or project experience is a plus
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git is desirable
