Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing testing and maintaining database solutions using SQL and MySQL
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement database architecture
- Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure efficient query performance
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights for decisionmaking processes
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database issues
- Implement and maintain database security protocols
- Assist in database backup and recovery processes
- Create and maintain documentation related to database designs and processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data from various sources
- Assist in designing and developing datadriven applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on databaserelated components
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in database management
- Assist in developing and optimizing stored procedures and functions
- Contribute to the improvement of database design and development processes
- Follow industry standards and best practices in database management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Strong understanding of SQL and MySQL
- Experience with database design and development
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C#
- Understanding of database security and encryption
- Familiarity with database backup and recovery processes
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of data manipulation and transformation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic technical environment
