Job Description for Tele Counsellor
We are seeking a professional and driven individual with flare of sales basic understanding of K12 industry admissions process and CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential parents providing them with information about Crimson schools USPs and admissions process schedule appointments for school visit conduct pre & post visit follow ups maintain all call and lead status meticulously in the CRM and work closely with on Campus Counsellors and Sales head in implementing strategies to successfully convert an enquiry to admission.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide information about Crimson Schools and its many USPs .
Answer inbound inquiries about Admissions and motivate parents to secure admissions in Crimson school.
Set appointments for School visit and coordinate with Campus Counsellors to ensure parents have a great experience and meaningful interactions with School academic team.
Collect Documents from parents to support the admission process.
Prepare and share daily and weekly calling reports appointment schedule and conversion related records with the management.
Maintain and update all database of potential parents on CRM.
Stay updated with the latest information on school initiatives and events to appraise prospective parents.
Attend marketing events to support school counsellors and Sales head to generate leads and create a positive experience for the potential clients (parent and children).
Qualifications:
A bachelor s degree or higher. Previous experience in telecounselling for any educational institute is desired.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over call.
Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve target
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 4pm
