Responsibilities:
Managing Medical Emergencies
Identifying and preventing workrelated health problems
Promoting healthy living and working conditions
Understanding the effects of work on health and of health on work
Maintaining Employees Health Records
Conducting PreEmployment Medical Examination for employees and contract employees
Organize Annual Medical Examination for all employees
Outpatient Treatment for Employees
Maintaining Medicines stock Expiry date and indent medicines as per minimum stock requirements
Maintaining Emergency Medicines and Medical Equipment
Health Awareness counselling for Highrisk employees and employees with comorbid medical conditions
Organizing Health Awareness Programme for Employees
Regular Canteen inspection for hygiene measure and catering area audit should be conducted every month and report should be summited to Factory Medical Officer.
Regular followup for employees on absenteeism or leave due to medical illness and reporting their health status to Factory Medical Officer.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1 to 5 Years(Experience in Industrial Occupational Health Centre)
Qualification : B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
