Overview:
The Recruitment Manager plays a crucial role in the IT Company a CMMIlevel 5 organization by leading the recruitment team and ensuring the acquisition of toptier talent to support the companys strategic objectives. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain highquality IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet the staffing needs of the IT Company.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract top IT talents.
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and reach out to potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with CMMI standards and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of the recruiting strategies.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in career fairs industry events and networking activities to promote the IT Company as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferably in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role guiding and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Familiarity with CMMI standards and best practices related to talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and trends in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decisionmaking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition such as SHRMCP SHRMSCP or similar are advantageous.
