We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market needs. As a Product Manager you will play a key role in collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements translating them into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Manage product development projects ensuring timely delivery and quality by coordinating with engineering marketing and sales teams.
- Support gotomarket strategies including product launches marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in product management with a focus on operations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze market and customer data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain domain is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams to deliver products.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and user needs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
