Web Developer
Overview:
A Web Developer plays a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining websites and web applications to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative digital solutions that align with the companys brand and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain website architecture and user interfaces
- Write welldesigned efficient code using best software development practices
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement responsive design and ensure crossbrowser compatibility
- Conduct usability tests and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with graphic designers and backend developers to improve usability
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the web development industry
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for webrelated issues
- Conduct regular website performance and security monitoring
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual and interactive consistency
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deploy applications and perform quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with serverside CSS preprocessing platforms such as SASS or LESS
- Knowledge of clientside scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular React or Vue.js
- Familiarity with development and debugging tools
- Understanding of asynchronous request handling partial page updates and AJAX
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and effectively
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with testing and debugging tools
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
