Job Description
Experience: 7 to 15 years
Location: Hyderabad
Required Skills: AD forests Active Directory migration design and planning
AD Domain Services 2012R or higher
Job Description:
- Design and deploy Active Directory forests
- Plan for and perform the consolidation of AD forests
- Plan for an enable coexistence scenarios between forests
- Use tools like Quest Migration Manager and Active Directory Migration Toolkit to migrate users groups and computer objects between forests
- User PowerShell and other automation tools to automate as much of your work as possible
- Customize Azure AD Connect directory synchronization to accommodate mutliforest and forest consolidation scenarios
- Identify and resolve AD health issues which may impact migrations
- Plan for and perform forest and functional upgrades
- Integrate with teams supporting AD dependent applications onpremises and in the cloud
Skillset
- Experience in Active Directory migration AD design and planning
- Midtoexpert level experience in Active Directory Domain Services 2012R or higher
- Knowledge and experience working with Azure AD including directory synchronization technologies
- Core Knowledge of Quest Migration Manager ADMT and similar tools for AD migration
- Solid grasp of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN technologies.
