Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Experience: 710 years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual proficient in various modules of ServiceNow including IT Service Management (ITSM). As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements efficiently. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including but not limited to Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripting Workflows Flow Designer and Event Management. Configure email notifications integrate with thirdparty tools and design intuitive portals to enhance user experience. Implement LDAP integration Service Catalog Reporting Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and facilitate data and application migration. Proactively analyze system performance issues identify bottlenecks and implement performance enhancements. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in development including Access Control Lists (ACL) UI Policies/Actions web services and security best practices. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Serve as a team player providing support and expertise to colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices. Requirements: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform with experience in ITSM. Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development including Business Rules Script Includes Workflows and Integration. Experience with ServiceNow components such as LDAP integration Service Catalog Reporting CMDB and Data Migration. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues effectively. Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Certified System Administrator) are a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices.
