We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Admin Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks supporting executive communication and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications including managing calls responding to emails and assisting clients.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
- Organize interviews handle the onboarding process and assist in recruitment.
- Schedule and manage meetings appointments and travel itineraries for executives.
- Maintain a wellorganized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Develop and maintain professionalism among staff and clients ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle business development tasks such as managing incoming inquiries and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with various teams such as social media digital marketing and brand consultants to ensure efficient coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience with vendor management and recruitment processes is a plus.
Education:
- Graduate in any field with a preference for candidates who have experience in administrative roles in the IT services industry.
