Our client a globalscale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields Western Australia is seeking two Site Administrators to join their team on 8/6 rosters (FIFO exPERTH).
As a Site Administrator you will:
- Process flights (charter and commercial) accommodation and car hire bookings for employees contractors and onsite visitors
- Management of INX Inflight system
- Provide INX support for business Leaders employees and contractor groups
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and to other management team members as required
- Ensuring that employees & contractors comply with site entry procedure and requirements
- Office duties including the updating of internal phone listing distribution of mail and freight office purchasing requirements site communications purchasing and regular reports
- Liaise with HR Department for personnelrelated queries
- Keep records of back charges to contractors and third parties
- Transport employees and visitors to and from the airport when required to meet their scheduled travel arrangements
- Assistance with onsite meetings activities and community events as requested
- Ensure all office equipment and appliances are working correctly and request/schedule any maintenance or repairs as necessary
- Management of shared spaces in the Administration building including the copy room and kitchen
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Advanced computer literacy Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous FIFO experience in the resources sector preferably on a remote site
- An understanding of office processes systems (INX) and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal customer service verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice
- Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
- Experienced using INX InFlight and Pronto (Desirable)
- Senior First Aid certificate (Desirable)
