We re expanding our residential maintenance division and are on the lookout for dedicated Team Leaders and Gardeners to join us. Whether you re an experienced gardener ready to lead or just passionate about working outdoors there s a place for you to grow with us.

- Permanent fulltime position with competitive pay and full benefits (including holiday and sick leave superannuation).
- Above award wages: $65000 $82000 vehicle (for Team Leaders).

What You ll Do:
- Softscape landscaping for highend residential and some commercial properties.
- Perform general garden maintenance including mowing edging planting mulching hedging and pest control.
- Take pride in creating exceptional outdoor spaces while delivering topnotch service.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential garden maintenance (essential).
- Own reliable transport to our HQ.
- Queensland driver s license (manual preferred).
- White Card.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
