Project Manager - AUS

• Lead the endtoend implementation of our AI and ML products working closely with customers to ensure a smooth deployment process.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase and ongoing post sales project enhancements addressing any concerns and ensuring their requirements are met.
  

• Collaborate with Product Sales and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into actionable project plans.
  

• Manage timelines deliverables and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  

• Facilitate regular project meetings including customer checkins to track progress and resolve any issues.
  

• Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and guidance postimplementation helping customers maximize the value of our products.
  

• Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes.
  

• Utilize JIRA Confluence and other tools to manage project tasks track progress and report on outcomes.
  

Requirements

• Experience in managing product implementation projects ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  

• Strong understanding of customer success principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  

• A proactive attitude with a focus on problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  

• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
  

• Certification in Project Management (PMP CAPM) or Customer Success is preferred.
