Job Description
Requirements
- Work closely with system users to assess problems needs and concerns.
- Perform the most difficult technical and analytical tasks in support of Web/Cloud based systems solutions web portals web sites web applications and EDMS.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Research and recommend new hardware and software components consistent with the needs of system users and VTA priorities; analyze and assess the costeffectiveness of system improvements and enhancements.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Administer a variety of actions to Web/Cloudbased systems solutions web portals and EDMS including creating and manipulating data in various enterprise system modules and other business systems.
- Manage multiple projects involving personnel from several departments as well as consultants and contractors.
- Analyze define develop and implement changes to the Enterprise Resource Planning system and other business systems.
- Analyze design program install and maintain complex computer systems such as Web/Cloudbased systems solutions web sites portals and EDMS solutions.
- Independently perform the most difficult design activities assigned.
- Prioritize complex and demanding workloads.
- Develop reports and dashboards and load content into web content management systems Develop templates for content into portals and EDMS.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
