Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the Ukrainian market. The ideal candidate will be a Ukrainian national with strong local market knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance business performance. This role requires excellent communication negotiation and networking skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities and foster longterm client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities industry trends and competitor activities in Ukraine.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at expanding business operations in new and existing markets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients partners and stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients ensuring longterm partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific business requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve set targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and sales pitches to potential clients and decisionmakers.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue contracts ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals.

Networking and Partnerships:

  • Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and increase business visibility.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with other organizations to drive growth and create new avenues for business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry forums trade shows and other external meetings to promote brand awareness.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development activities ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance market conditions and business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline monitor client engagement and maintain accurate data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field; a Master s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or a related role within Ukraine.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market insight.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Indepth knowledge of the local business environment and industry trends in Ukraine.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
