Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical thinker to join our team as a Strategy Analyst. The Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends competitive landscapes and internal capabilities to develop strategic recommendations and support decisionmaking processes. This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy financial analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct indepth research and analysis of market trends industry dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the external environment that may impact business strategy.

Strategic Planning and Development:
- Support the development of strategic plans business cases and longterm objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Assist in defining strategic priorities initiatives and investment opportunities based on analysis and insights.

Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop financial models forecasts and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options and business performance.
- Perform valuation analysis and financial feasibility assessments for potential projects and investments.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on business performance highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

Business Intelligence and Reporting:
- Create insightful reports presentations and dashboards to communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including finance marketing operations and technology to align strategies and initiatives.
- Partner with business units to understand their strategic objectives and provide analytical support as needed.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify strategic risks and uncertainties and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect and enhance business value.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess potential impacts on strategic initiatives.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in strategy and business analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of strategic planning processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or related field; Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
- X years of experience as a Strategy Analyst Management Consultant or in a similar role preferably in a corporate strategy or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling statistical analysis and strategic planning methodologies.
- Excellent research and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to senior executives.
- Strategic mindset with a keen business acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment with a focus on achieving business objectives.
