Position Overview: As a Network Engineer Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing highquality network engineers in various client organizations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs develop recruitment strategies and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your expertise in network engineering roles will help you effectively evaluate candidates and match them with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and attract top network engineering talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future network engineering roles.

Candidate Screening:
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical evaluations and work closely with clients to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications.

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including timetofill candidate quality and client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter preferably with a focus on IT or network engineering roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network engineering concepts including network protocols security and infrastructure.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment software job boards and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business IT or a related field is preferred.
