Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience in research and data analysis with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. As a Research Analyst at Augmentjobs you will play a crucial role in supporting our business decisions through rigorous data analysis and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes.
Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources including primary and secondary data.
Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and datasets for ongoing research projects.
Create and present reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide research support and insights for strategic planning.
Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging trends to inform research initiatives.
Assist in designing and implementing surveys experiments and other research methodologies.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collection and analysis processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field such as Economics Statistics Business or Social Sciences. A Masters degree is a plus.
25 years of experience in research analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS SAS R Python).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the talent solutions or recruitment industry.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
