ALTIOS International is looking for a Sales and Agronomic Area Manager for its client a French leader in the marketing and production of fertilizers. The client offers a complete range of fertilizers in different presentations for customers supplying internationally in more than 50 countries and present for more than three years in Brazil.
MISSIONS
- Development and prospection of new accounts and customer portfolio in Brazil (regions: Central West Southeast and South) as well as negotiations and sales closings.
- Establish longterm relationships of trust with customers and distributors in the region covered by the position.
- Be a good representative of the company to customers and authorities in Brazil.
- Plan organize and implement sales strategies
- Ongoing technical advice and management to customers.
- Work on advertising strategies and technical strategies for the assigned area.
- Follow up with customers and distributors in sales processes.
- Constantly report to superiors on progress of operations in the assigned regions in Brazil.
PROFILE
- Degree or Qualifications: Engineering or masters degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Technician.
- Languages: Native or advanced Portuguese / English / French is a plus.
- Minimum 310 years of previous experience in the industry or marketing similar products.
- Commercial profile and knowledge in commercial strategy
- Knowledge of the industry within the specified regions of Brazil (mainly Sao Paulo Minas Gerais & Paran)
- Technical expertise in fertilizers is a must.
