Behaviour Support Assistant Alternative Provision Croydon
A specialist alternative provision in Croydon is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Type: Fulltime Permanent
Location: Croydon
School Information:
Our school provides alternative education for students with behavioural difficulties. The Behaviour Support Assistant will play a key role in helping students to reintegrate and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone and small group behavioural support.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to monitor progress.
- Build strong relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- A clear DBS check.
