Foodvest Holding is looking for a highly dynamic District Manager and Store Manager with proven track of record to fill two locations Bahrain and Saudi assignment .
Your Role:
- Leadership and Management: Lead a team be a good example and promote professional development
- Operational: Ensure great dining experience quality assurance health and safety
- Financial Performance: Manage store cash flow build sales accurate food cost report
- Customer Experience: Exceptional customer service standards across all locations.
- Staff Development: Promote positive working environment and career development
- Marketing and Promotions: Customer engagement and support promotional campaigns
- Compliance and Reporting: Compliance to government regulations on health and safety audit
and licenses
What You Will Bring:
- Education: Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Management Business Administration or related
field.
- Experience: 4 years in the same position
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of operational functions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity: Transparency in the work place
- ProblemSolver: Strong decisionmaking abilities.
- TechSavvy: Proficient with POS and Microsoft Office.
