Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Delay Analyst to join our team in Riyadh KSA. As a Delay Analyst your primary responsibility will be to produce assessments and audits of Contractors Extensions of Time (EOT) claims as well as evaluate the impact of Engineers Instructions/Variation Orders and assess Employer Claims. You will report to the Delay Director and work closely with the Package Management and Planning Teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Package Management and Planning Teams to analyze and assess Contractors EOT claims Engineers Instructions/Variation Orders and Employers Claims.
Prepare comprehensive written and graphical reports to assess audit and initially produce claims for Extensions of Time.
Analyze and measure the time impacts of Engineers Instructions/Variation Orders on project schedules.
Assess audit and contribute to the production of Employers Claims.
Provide expert advice and analysis on project delays and impacts.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and review supporting documentation and evidence related to claims and assessments.
Collaborate with the Delay Director to develop effective strategies to mitigate delays and manage claims effectively.
Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in Delay Analysis methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Masters degree in a relevant field. Evidence will be required.
Significant experience within Claims/Delay environments PMC/PMO organizations Claims/Delay Consulting and Construction and Infrastructure Contractors.
Proven experience in analyzing and evaluating complex delay claims and producing highquality reports.
Strong knowledge and understanding of construction and infrastructure projects contract management and related processes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and assess project delays and impacts accurately.
Proficiency in using industrystandard planning and analysis software and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy while conducting data analysis and preparing reports.
