We are seeking a talented and datadriven Marketing Analytics Specialist with a strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing marketing data providing insights to optimize campaigns and supporting business decisions with analytics. This role also requires some experience as a Business Analyst as you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to translate data into actionable strategies for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Adobe Analytics to track analyze and interpret website and marketing performance data.
Develop maintain and deliver reports and dashboards on key marketing KPIs such as traffic conversions ROI and customer engagement.
Analyze trends and customer behavior across marketing channels to provide actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
Work closely with marketing product and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improve marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics KPIs and goals that align with business objectives.
Assist in marketing campaign tracking reporting and analysis across digital platforms (email social media paid search etc.).
Act as a Business Analyst gathering requirements documenting processes and helping identify areas of improvement in business operations through data insights.
Present data insights and recommendations to business teams and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Continuously monitor and assess data quality and integrity within the Adobe Analytics platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Analytics Data Science or a related field.
3 years of experience in marketing analytics with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
Demonstrated experience in data reporting analysis and interpretation using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics Google Analytics etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including SEO SEM email marketing and social media analytics.
Proficiency in Excel Tableau or other data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Basic experience with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
