Telephony Engineers needed for Municipal client in SF/Bay Area. Role will be responsible for multiyear management and project support of Avaya and Cisco requirements.
Must Haves:
* 4yr technical degree OR
* 3 yrs of Microsoft Teams AND Cisco Unified Communications
* Certifications: CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network ITIL Foundation MS 365
* Strong Written and Verbal Communication
* 2 yrs Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
* 2 yrs VoIP and Telephony (Avaya reqd)
