Now theyre looking for a Technical Consultant DMS / Systems Engineer DMS to help their clients streamline and transform their business processes.
Tasks
As a key part of the team you will independently manage the implementation of DMS solutions supporting clients through every stage of their digital journey. You will ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing technical support creating a lasting impact on their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the setup and configuration of DMS solutions for clients and partners both onpremise and in the cloud.
- Lead and manage projects or subprojects for customer implementations ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and implement customerspecific solutions including seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing conceptual and technical support to clients ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external product specialists and software developers to create tailormade solutions.
Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an ITrelated field.
- Experience with databases particularly SQL Server and Windows server systems.
- Knowledge of DMS system implementation is a plus.
- Scripting experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in German (oral and written).
- A proactive independent approach with strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Passion for learning a collaborative mindset and the drive to deliver results.
