The Global Product Administrator will become part of the department that is responsible for data management from A to Z concerning finished goods for all our brands and thirdparty brands.
They will report to the Global Product Administration Manager.
Tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Collect analyze correct and enter product data needed for ordering selling and reporting.
- Follow up on changes made to the existing product assortment and on changing business rules to investigate the impact these might have on coding and master data.
- Be responsible for processing coding requests so the products can be ordered on time.
- Maintain data fields for label printing.
- Centrally maintain and globally coordinate certain lists of values to avoid duplicates or problems worldwide.
- Ensure the integrity of our category management for a correct global reporting.
- Coordinate the collection of data concerning packaging Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment batteries sustainability
- Set up test data if needed.
- Assist in data conversions.
- Draw reports from the system & assist in resolving questions from others.
- Ensure a global communication of any changes made in product data product codes and EANcodes.
- Train different parties with respect to issue coding requests.
