Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as an Account Manager will be:
- Monitor and develop existing clients accounts and expand business and customers portfolio by seeking new sales opportunities at new clients.
- Follow up of sales opportunities through the knowledge of the client and their needs generating new business opportunities and transforming them into sales orders through concrete actions.
- Analyze and monitor monthly and yearly sales KPI performance and budget progress.
- Execute agreements through a price analysis and margin optimization.
- Work closely with project manager team to identify and develop new projects.
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience in managing sales accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics industry.
- Ownership attitude push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead the sales accounts.
- Languages: Italian (Native English (fluent)
- Soft kills: analytical approach goaloriented problemsolving impactful communications and negotiation.
- Hard skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Used to work with ERP (SAP will be a plus) and CRM systems.
