Something new is brewing in Trkenstrae Join the wave!
We are plex. We aim to revolutionize the coffee scene in Munich by providing specialty coffee ceremonial matcha and topnotch chai at prices that truly everyone can afford. Our first cafe will soon open right in the heart of Munich (Maxvorstadt) allowing us to energize the city from the start and bring new lifestyle elements to the community. If you are passionate about coffee and excel in a lively environment join us as parttime barista!
Tasks
- Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of drinks including coffee matcha and chai ensuring topnotch quality every time.
- Provide friendly knowledgeable service that enhances the customer experience and encourages them to return.
- Assist with inventory management supply orders and daily operations all while maintaining accuracy.
- Keep the caf clean organized and welcoming setting a positive example for the team.
- Educate customers about our unique global product offerings and promote our brands mission.
Requirements
- Passionate about coffee and ideally some barista experience.
- Fluent in both German and English comfortable communicating with a diverse group of customers and team members.
- A team player with great interpersonal skills eager to learn and help others.
- Friendly approachable and truly passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Able to stay efficient and positive even in a fastpaced environment.
