Full Job Description:

Salary information:

• Annualized salary of $220000.00 $240000.00 (If bilingual and board certified candidate will be at the top end of the salary range)
• A sign on bonus of $20000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
• Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 12 day
• Bonus program up to $24000.00 annually

• Malpractice insurance will be paid by the Medical Group.

Role:

• Avg. 20 patients a day (2324 scheduled () cancellations)
• 1520 minutes with ea. patient
• Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
• BiLingual (preferred)
• Call: One week of Call once a year

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or a related field.
• Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to providing highquality patientcentered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a primary care setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
