Job Description
Were looking for Danish speaking Customer Support Agents in Travel Industry to join our clients team in the beautiful Mlaga!
No prior experience is required!
What youll do:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights hotels and tours.
- Provide expert advice on destinations travel regulations and travel insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Stay updated on travel trends promotions and industry news.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise before during or after travel.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
